InsideDigs is a free online community for apartment hunters looking for rental information on digs before they hit the market.
By joining the site you can access listings that are shared by other community members. Connect to other Insiders using our messaging system to ask questions and find out more information on how to lease, swap, or sublet their apartment.

Who has access to my personal information?

Your first and last name will remain private. Other Insiders can view your shared Dig’s info and can only contact you through the site’s messaging system. We never share information with third party vendors.

How do I connect with other Insiders?

Log on to the website and connect to other Insiders thru the messaging system.

Are there real estate brokers on the site?

Brokers are not permitted to access or share Digs unless they’re sharing their own apartment.
If a broker solicits you through our site please notify us and we will close their account immediately.

Why not just use Craigslist?

Brokers, fees, bait-and-switch listings, fake photos…need we say more?

Is InsideDigs free to use?

By sharing information about your current digs or referring five (5) friends to InsideDigs.com, you will have complete Insider access for free.

What if I don’t have digs to list?

No problem! Refer five (5) friends to the site, or become a yearly subscriber for $19.95 to get Insider access.

I found a dig I like, now what?

Excellent. Connect to the Insider using our messaging system to ask questions and find out more information on how to lease, swap, or sublet their apartment.
